EISA-PEC 2023 Program Chair

I have been appointed as Program Chair for the European International Studies Association (EISA) Pan European Conference (PEC) 2023 in Potsdam. Together with Dagmar Vorlíček, I will be responsible for setting up the EISA flagship event and largest International Relations conference in Europe.

ERC Starting Grant

I have been awarded an ERC Starting Grant worth 1.5 Mio EUR for five years of research on data quality in European police and border control cooperation. The project will explore how national and European authorities ensure that alphanumeric and biometric data in complex, multi-layered database systems are accurate and up-to-date.
